Refund Policy for HireMeOut.UK

At HireMeOut.UK, we strive to provide exceptional service and quality for all our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@hiremeout.uk with your order number and the reason for your cancellation. Once we receive your request, we will process the refund within typically within two business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment unless transferred directly in which case, we will request your details to process the refund.

2. When the cancellation is placed 14 days before staying at the property. If this is the case, the advance payment will not be refunded.
If the total amount was paid in full when booking, 25% of the payment will be taken as a charge and the remaining 75% will be refunded.

3. Cancellation within 24 hour period. Partial payments will not be refunded. If paid in full at the time of booking, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total amount paid.
