You are responsible for reviewing all booking details, including descriptions, pricing, and availability, before confirming a booking. 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are defined by each provider and must comply with consumer protection laws.
Policies may vary per listing, and it is your responsibility to review them before making a booking.
Refund requests can be made via the Platform’s resolution centre.
HireMeOut.uk reserves the right to mediate any dispute and issue a final decision if necessary.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
